      • Thanks for your reply, a parcel was received. An item wasn’t included ‘stackmat pro timer gen4’.
        On the account it shows partially shipped.
        The value on the package also showed less than the order value.
        An email has already been sent to the email address mentioned from the email used to place the order.

  7. Hi, I purchased 3 items. However, one of the items is incorrect. I ordered a Z Cube Z Speed Timer and received a twist cube instead. Can you please send the correct item. The timer I ordered was a blue one, and I received a Z Cube twist cube, which is the wrong item. My order number is #45946.
